    We bring everything, all you need is a clear 6x8 ft area like your living room, spare, or home gym.
    You’ll get a text when your therapist is on the way.

    Step 3 - Session Begins

    Your therapist arrives, sets up quickly, and walks you through your tailored session.
    Whether it’s a Move Session, Physiotherapy, Personal Training, or Massage every treatment is built around your body, your goals, and your space.

    We’ll review what we worked on, share personalized guidance, and help book the next step if needed.

    • Secure billing & direct insurance submission.

Who are our clinicians?

Our clinicians are fully licensed and carefully selected for their skill, professionalism, and commitment to client-centered care. You can trust that every session meets the highest clinical standards rooted in evidence based care.

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our website. Simply select your service, your zone, and a time that works for you. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and intake form.

What areas do you serve?
We currently offer services in the South West Calgary communities, with therapists available in specific neighborhoods on set days. More areas coming soon.

Do I need any equipment for the session?
Nope! Our therapists bring everything needed including a treatment table, linens, and any required tools. All you need is a quiet space with room to set up.

Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, if you've had a great experience with a particular provider, we’ll do our best to accommodate ongoing sessions with them, based on availability.

*Payments & Insurance

How does payment work?
All payments are handled securely online at the time of booking or at the start of the session. Our therapists do not handle cash or cards directly.

Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers in Alberta. You’ll be asked to provide your insurance details during booking along with a credit card to put on file. We will only charge you account once a session has begun or cancelled outside the cancellation policy.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover the full amount?
Any remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file after the session.

Support & Contact

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling can be done easily through your booking link or by contacting us.

I didn’t receive my receipt. What should I do?
Please reach out to us and we’ll resend your receipt promptly.

How can I provide feedback?
We welcome it! You can leave a review on Google or share your thoughts directly with our team.
