Welcome to Bate Therapeutics. By booking and receiving mobile physiotherapy services and using our website (https://batept.ca), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Bate Therapeutics provides mobile physiotherapy services at homes, workplaces, or other agreed-upon locations.

  • Clients must ensure that the treatment space is clean, spacious, and appropriate for therapy, as we may require large equipment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the provided space is deemed unfit by any of our employees. If this occurs, a $25 charge will be applied for transportation and rescheduling costs.

  • All treatments follow the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta’s Standards of Practice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide a safe and suitable environment for treatment.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions that may impact therapy.

  • Follow the recommended treatment plan and exercises as prescribed.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance, and a credit card must be on file.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other billing arrangements have been made.

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged $50.

  • No-shows will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bate Therapeutics website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bate Therapeutics or used under license and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

  • Third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and require prior authorization for use.

6. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bate Therapeutics, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees)arising from:

  • A violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Any misuse or unauthorized use of this website.

7. Termination of Services

Bate Therapeutics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • The client does not follow the treatment plan.

  • The environment is unsafe for the therapist.

  • The client behaves inappropriately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
